Skymusiccenter.com claims the copyright to all its own content displayed on this website. Company and product names on this website may represent a trademark or trademark owned by the company and are presented as such.

Unauthorized use of any part of the website without the permission of the copyright owner (skymusiccenter.com, partners, users...) is considered a copyright violation and is subject to legal action.

RULES OF USE

By using any part of the skymusiccenter.com website, you accept all the rules of its use.

Users are obliged to inform themselves about the rules of use of the site, so it is considered that by continuously using any part of the site at any time they are familiar with the rules of use and that they have understood them completely.

No part of the website may be used for illegal purposes. All visitors and users of the site have the right to use the content for free if they do not violate the rules of use.

TERMS OF BUSINESS - SALE VIA ONLINE STORE

The terms of business are explained in more detail below and are valid for all SKYCORP DOO customers whose residence is in Croatia and Europe. Any adult who accepts our terms of business can be our customer.

PRICES AND CONVERSION

All prices are in gross amount and include VAT 25%. Prices are displayed in euros.

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in other currency into EUR according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

GUARANTEE

All items from our catalog, which are subject to warranty, are covered by a warranty (warranty) or as stated on the warranty sheet, except for spare parts and accessories (wires, reeds for blowers, oils, greases, cables, connectors).
After the warranty expires, we provide service for up to 5 years. Other warranty conditions are listed in our warranty sheet.

DELIVERY

We send the ordered items to GLS and Intereuropa parcel services. Delivery is made according to the terms of business of those parcel services and is made to the customer's door. For heavier packages (digital pianos, etc.) that the buyer wants to deliver to higher floors in buildings, the buyer must organize and pay for it himself.

ASSEMBLY

Digital pianos and benches are packed in their original packaging and are not assembled. Assembly instructions are attached. Assembly is not included in the price!

PAYMENT METHODS

The customer has the option of paying by credit card. Supported credit cards are: Visa® (PBZ), Visa, MasterCard® (ZABA), Maestro® (ZABA, PBZ, Erste), Diners (Erste).

ORDER

When the customer places an order, he receives a confirmation of that order by e-mail, which contains the general conditions.

COMPLAINTS

Pursuant to Art. 10th century 3 of the Law on Consumer Protection ("Official Gazette", No. 41/14), we inform consumers that they can submit a complaint expressing their dissatisfaction with the purchased product or service in writing by mail to the e-mail address: reklamacie@skymusiccenter.com
We will respond to a written consumer complaint no later than 15 days after receiving the complaint, so please provide us with your contact address for the delivery of the response in your complaint.

RETURN OF GOODS

The customer has the right to exchange or return the goods.
Delivery of goods that have material defects
Material defects according to Art. 57. paragraph 12. of the Law on Consumer Protection, we deal with it in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Obligatory Relations.
The customer is obliged to return the products in the condition in which they were delivered and in the original packaging (the commercial packaging in which the goods were delivered) with the invoice and warranty.
In the case of damage that occurred during transport and especially when it is visible on the packaging, it is necessary to report it immediately to the courier or later (within 24 hours) directly to the courier service and Skycorp.

15 DAYS TO RETURN ITEMS

The customer has the right to exchange or return goods within 15 days in the following cases:
- delivery of goods that were not ordered
- delivery of goods that have a fault or damage that did not occur during transport (in case of damage caused by transport, they should be reported immediately to the parcel service)
- the right to return without giving a reason
The seller will approve the replacement or return of the goods to the buyer after receiving a justified complaint by e-mail, telephone or in writing, with instructions for returning the goods. In case of inability to deliver other goods, the seller will compensate the buyer for the value of the goods that he is no longer able to deliver.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
The buyer is obliged to return the delivered products in the condition in which they were delivered to him and in the original packaging (the commercial packaging in which the goods were delivered) with the receipt and guarantee.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE AND UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

The buyer, i.e. the consumer, has the right according to article 57, paragraph 1, item 8 of the Law on Consumer Protection, to unilaterally terminate the sales contract within 14 days from the day of (delivery) receipt of the goods, without giving reasons, and to submit the termination in writing before the expiration of the term for unilateral termination to the address of the seller: Skycorp doo, Radnička cesta 20a, 10000 Zagreb.
In order for you to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, you must notify us of your decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the expiration of the term by means of an unequivocal statement sent by mail or e-mail, in which you will state your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address.
We will send you confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract by e-mail without delay.

REFUNDATION

If this Agreement is unilaterally terminated, we will refund the money we received, without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day when we received the decision on unilateral termination of the agreement and received the returned goods.
The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made. In the case of agreeing to another way of returning the amount paid, no costs are incurred in relation to the return.
We can issue a refund only after the goods have been returned to us.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer alone.
The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

AGREEMENT

The contract between the buyer and the seller (order confirmation) will be stored at Skycorp headquarters. The customer will receive a copy of this contract when confirming the order by e-mail. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. We are not responsible for any wrong picture, incorrect statement in the product description, wrong price or availability of the product.

SECURITY OF PURCHASE

The entry of personal data and data on the credit card number is protected by the SSL protocol of 256-bit encryption provided by the Wspay system for online authorization of credit cards. Authorization and collection of credit cards is done through PBZ card using the Wspay system for authorization and collection of cards in real time. Pages where credit card information is entered do not remember the information entered, nor are credit card number data stored in databases.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Skycorp undertakes to protect customer data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
